Designed for a maximum of 10 –12 participants at each retreat only, The Executive Circle offers a confidential, unhurried space to step away from operational pressure and engage in the conversations that rarely find room in board papers or performance dashboards.

Expression of Interest

How Participation Works

Participation in The Executive Circle is intentionally selective.
A small number of leaders are invited into the Circle through a considered process designed to protect the depth, trust and integrity of the retreat.

Step 1: Personal Invitation or Expression of Interest

Participation begins through a personal invitation or by submitting an expression of interest.

This allows us to understand your role, governance responsibilities and strategic context.

Step 2: Curated Alignment Conversation (Online)

Selected leaders will be invited to a short, private online conversation. This is not an interview.
It is an opportunity to explore mutual alignment, clarify expectations, and ensure that The Executive Circle will be of genuine value to all involved.

Step 3: Invitation & Confirmation of Participation

Leaders who are aligned with the purpose of the retreat will receive a formal invitation to join The Executive Circle.

At this stage, full participation details will be shared, including the investment required to secure a place. Confirmation of participation is completed upon acceptance of the invitation and settlement of the participation investment.

Once confirmed, participants will receive further information. Venue details are shared only with confirmed participants to preserve discretion and privacy.

Step 4: Confirmation & Preparation

Upon acceptance, participants receive a private pre-retreat briefing, outlining the structure, principles of engagement and expectations.

This ensures the Circle convenes with clarity, trust and shared intent.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy for the Executive Circle

Participation in The Executive Circle: Education Owners & CEOs Retreat is intentionally limited and places are reserved individually.

For this reason, all participation investments are non-refundable once a place has been accepted and confirmed.

Should a confirmed participant be unable to attend, a request may be made to transfer the place to an alternative eligible leader, subject to prior approval and alignment with the retreat’s invitation criteria.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is postponed or cancelled by the organisers, participants will be offered the option of a full refund, or the transfer of their place to a future Executive Circle retreat.
